This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you use our application.

1. Data We Collect

Text inputs and chat messages
Images you upload (including photos with faces)
App usage data (analytics, performance)
Device information (IP address, device type)
Device advertising identifier (IDFA), if you grant permission

We do NOT collect biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, or sensitive personal identity data.

2. AI Data Processing

Our application processes user inputs (text, images, or media) to generate AI-powered results using third-party AI services.

2.1 What Data We Process

We process user-provided inputs including:

Text prompts and conversations
Images (which may include faces)
Optional media inputs

We do not collect or analyze biometric identifiers or use facial recognition.

2.2 Purpose of Processing

Data is used only to generate AI responses, content, or enhancements requested by the user. We do not use data for identity tracking, profiling, or authentication.

2.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Depending on the feature or model selected, your data may be securely transmitted to:

Google – Gemini models
Anthropic – Claude models
xAI – Grok models
Stability AI – Image generation
kie.ai – AI image & video generation

All providers are required to maintain data protection standards equal to or greater than our own.

2.4 Data Minimization

We only send the minimum necessary data required to fulfill the user's request (such as text input or uploaded images). No additional personal data (such as name, email, or device identity) is shared with third-party AI providers.

2.5 Data Retention

Data is processed temporarily in memory during the request
Deleted immediately after processing is completed
Never stored permanently on our servers

2.6 User Consent

Users are informed before any data is sent and must provide consent within the app.

By tapping "Accept & Continue," users explicitly agree to the secure processing and transmission of their data to the selected AI provider.

2.7 Data Security

All data is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not sell or misuse user data.

3. How We Use Data

Provide AI features
Improve app performance
Fix bugs and crashes
Show relevant advertisements (using advertising identifier, if permitted)

4. Advertising & Tracking

We use Google AdMob to serve ads within the app. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads and measure their effectiveness.

You will be asked for permission before your IDFA is used for personalized ads.
If you deny permission, non-personalized ads will be shown instead.
You can change your choice at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. Content Safety (Nudity & Abuse)

We strictly prohibit sexually explicit content, nudity, or any form of child exploitation material. Violations may be reported to authorities.
